Do my friends need to install anything?
Nobody installs anything — The Bill Split runs entirely in the browser. You create an account to scan and share bills; your friends just open your link, see their share, and pay over UPI.
Do I have to link my bank or add money?
No. The Bill Split never touches the money — friends pay each other directly, from their own UPI app. We just do the math.
Can several people pay the bill?
Yes — that’s the whole point. Add everyone who paid and we figure out who owes whom, so each person settles with the right friend in one tap.
What do I actually pay for?
AI receipt scans — each scan reads one receipt. Every pass includes unlimited manual splits. New sign-ups get a free pass with 3 scans to try first. Passes start at ₹15 and cover the occasion — no subscription.
How is tax and service charge handled?
